These Essential Oils & Aromatherapy blends are made of organic and wildcrafted therapeutic-grade essential oils. They can be used in various ways, including:
Direct inhalation: Put a few drops on a tissue and inhale the scent repeatedly until the desired effect is obtained. You can also drop one or two drops on a cotton ball, place it in a ziplock bag and inhale the scent whenever needed. Inhaling one drop on a wet washcloth in the shower or bath also works well.
Diffusor and nebulizer: Drop 3-10 drops into water for a diffusor with a heat or air source. Use about 3 ml for a nebulizer (atomizer) operated by an air pump.
Massage: Use 15-30 drops per 1 oz of vegetable carrier oil (a 2-4% dilution) and massage into the desired area (e.g. the temples, forehead, nape, abdomen, muscles, etc.). The same dilution may be used for whole-body massage. Sweet almond oil is the best for this purpose. A lotion or cream may also be used instead of a vegetable oil.
Bath: Add 1-5 drops of the blend after running the bath. Swish the water vigorously before entering.
